Return & Refund Policy

At NUYU, we prioritise your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review the following guidelines regarding our return and refund procedures:

Incorrect or Unwanted Products: If you receive a product that does not match your order or if you've changed your mind, provided it remains unused and sealed, you are welcome to initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at vip@nuyuskin.co for a full refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

How to Return Products: For returning an unopened and unused product, email vip@nuyuskin.co to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipping. Please pack the product securely. We suggest using a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Products:

Damaged Products: Should your product arrive damaged, please send a photograph of the damage to vip@nuyuskin.co. Our customer service team will evaluate the damage and determine whether to offer a replacement or compensation based on the extent of the damage.

Missing Products: If you suspect your order is missing, first check around your premises and with neighbours. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at vip@nuyuskin.co. We will attempt to trace the item with our shipping provider and provide you with the tracking details.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned product in line with our 'Returns' or 'Missing or Damaged Product' policies, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and confirm via email. Be aware that we do not refund shipping costs.
